Malibu Vista Residence 

This project entailed a radical reconstruction of an existing house built in the early development stages of the city of Malibu along famous Pacific Coast Highway. Since such times the living requirements have changed and the client required several improvements. Therefore the house was redesigned to include larger open living, kitchen and dining spaces, totally open ocean views with large sliding glass doors and the addition of a large entry foyer to improve both the front façade and to accommodate an indoor landscaped atrium. As a result, a breathtaking view of the ocean is now visible as soon as one enters the house throughout the day and from the most significant spaces in the house.
